Your Real Estate Review starts with a clear plan.

Bring your questions. Leave with clear next steps for your home, sale, investment, and trusted-advisor conversations.

What it is

Start with your home and your equity.

If you own a home, we begin with its value, your equity, and your mortgage. Then we compare your goals, tax profile, vesting, and cash flow from last year to this year. We ask whether your mortgage or taxes changed more, and what deserves a closer look with your CPA.

The 30 minutes, mapped

  1. Home and equity review

If you own a home, we begin with its value, equity, mortgage, and the choices those details create.

  2. What changed this year?

We compare this year with last year: income, vesting, taxes, cash flow, and the timing of your next move.

  3. Questions for your advisors

We identify real estate questions for your CPA, lender, or attorney before you make a decision.

  4. Your real estate options

We look at the trade-offs of staying, selling, buying, or adding an investment property.

  5. Your next step

Leave with a clear plan, whether that means waiting, preparing, buying, selling, or talking with an advisor.

These examples show the conversation, not a promise. The Review turns real estate questions into items your CPA, lender, or attorney can help confirm.

What we model

Does a purchase or sale fit the household's plan? A lender and CPA can review financing and tax questions.

Educational examples only, not tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. Eligibility, participation, timing, basis, depreciation, and filing are determined by your CPA and advisors. Results vary; tax savings and returns are never guaranteed.

What you leave with after the review

Day 0 summary

A written recap of the numbers, the property logic, and the next move that fits the year you are actually in.

One real deal example

A concrete property model that matches your profile so the math becomes practical instead of theoretical.

CPA and execution handoff

If the strategy fits, the next step is a clean handoff into deal sourcing, underwriting, and the right tax specialist.

Proof before you decide

Bring your numbers

Start the Real Estate Review here. We will follow up by phone or email with the next step that fits your timing.

Before you book

Clear answers first. If one question changes the deal, bring it into the review before you move money.

Q1Do I need to know which service I need before the review?+

No. The point of the review is to decide that. We use your tax drag, timeline, and local market fit to identify the right next move first.

Q2Is this only for short-term rental buyers?+

No. It is also for primary buyers, relocation households, and owners deciding whether to sell or reposition instead of buying another asset.

Q3Can my spouse join?+

Yes. Most of these decisions are dual-income and dual-decision. It is better when both of you are looking at the same math at the same time.

Q4Zoom or in person?+

Either. In person, the office is on Lake Street in Kirkland. Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are usually the easiest windows.

Q5What should I bring?+

Your approximate income picture, any target neighborhoods or property ideas you already have, and the decision you are trying to make this year.

Your future self is either an owner or a taxpayer. Let's pick.

Bring your numbers. In 30 minutes you'll know if this fits.
